Website Terms of Use

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Advanced Payment Solutions Pty Ltd (“APS”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About this website

This website gives general information about Virsyn, point-of-sale software we are developing for Australian hospitality venues. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to supply products or services, and it doesn’t form part of any contract.

Pre-launch products and the waitlist

  • Virsyn has not launched. Features, screens, figures and examples on this site show how we intend Virsyn to work.

  • Features marked “Launching soon”, and any others, may change, be delayed or not be released.

  • Pricing has not been published. Any supply of Virsyn will be under a separate written agreement, and that agreement’s terms will apply.

  • Joining the waitlist doesn’t create an agreement or any obligation for you or for us. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Payment services

Where card or other payment services are used with Virsyn, they are provided by third-party payment providers under separate agreements between the venue and that provider, and that provider is responsible for them. Nothing on this website is financial product advice or an offer of a financial product.

Examples and figures

We aim to keep the site accurate, but information on it may be incomplete or out of date. Names, venues, figures and screens shown as examples, such as “Wren & Ember” and “Fitzroy”, are illustrative and don’t describe real businesses or results. Savings and comparisons depend on each venue’s circumstances.

Third-party names and links

Uber Eats, Uber Direct, DoorDash, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other third-party names are trade marks of their owners. Their appearance on this site doesn’t mean those owners endorse or are affiliated with Virsyn. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including its text, design and images and the Virsyn name and logo, belongs to APS or its licensors. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, change or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site properly

You must not use the site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, try to access it without authorisation, or submit false details or someone else’s details through the waitlist form.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right, remedy or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”, and APS isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
