How it works on Virsyn
Virsyn estimates the wait from how long your tables have been booked over the last 30 days, the tables in use right now and the parties ahead. The host quotes a number worked out from your venue, not a guess.
Virsyn won’t put two bookings on the same table for the same time, and it only offers tables that seat the party.
Seat a booking or a walk-in and a dine-in order starts on their table, with the guest already on it. Nobody retypes a name at the till.
Allergies, the occasion, the booth they asked for. The host sees the note when they open the booking.
A booking with a phone number or email finds the guest’s record, and each visit adds to it.
Take a booking at the host stand and it shows on the floor tablets and in Virsyn Pulse as soon as it’s saved. Plan the week ahead from the office.
